All the bundles are machine sealed with rubber bands so we will be aware if this has been removed, Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Customers are responsible for shipping cost and we recommend that you return the hair extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns.
